BER Assessment

Registered BER assessor available in the Midlands. Short certificate turn around. A BER certificate is a legal requirement if you are buying, selling, applying for grant aid, or renting a home. Typically, buildings that are exempt from needing BER cert include: Stand alone buildings that have a total floor area of less than 50 sq/m Protected structures National monuments Places of worship or buildings used for religious activities, for any religion Non-residential agricultural buildings Industrial buildings that have an installed heat capacity that does not exceed 10W/m2 BER is required for grant applications for home improvement measures.
