Lovely apartment just across the road from main beach Playa Grande. A 2-bedroom apartment, located on a front line complex in central Puerto del Carmen. The apartment has lovely sea views, surrounded by well maintained community gardens, it has been recently refurbished throughout and consists of: Bedroom 1: well ventilated with double bed, shelf and a large built in wardrobe with room for suitcases. Bedroom 2, also well ventilated with two single beds, side table and a large built in wardrobe with room for suitcases. Bathroom: large and comfortable walk in shower, wc, sink with cupboard including hair-dryer and a big mirror over it. Also has a washing machine in order for you to travel light. Kitchen: Fully equipped, open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee machine, iron and ironing board, cutlery and crockery for all your needs. Living room: Open plan lounge with kitchen, dining area, sofa, basic satellite TV and Wifi connection. Terrace: private terrace equipped with a table, four chairs and 2 sun beds (exclusively for apartment´s use). A lovely place to sit and have your meals with a fantastic sea view. The complex has a community swimming pool including children´s pool and sunbathing area, it has sea and mountain views up from its elevated position including the island of Fuerteventura. It is a small, quiet complex but with all amenities nearby. Towels and linen are provided without extra cost. Unfortunatly the complex is not suitable for people with walking disabilities or wheel chair users. The apartment is just across the road from Puerto del Carmen´s main beach “Playa Grande” and the Promenade, ideal for long walks as well as cycling, diving and other aquatic sports. Golf enthusiasts can play at “Puerto del Carmen Golf Course”, 5 minutes away by car.
