Lovely and spacious apartment right next to the sea (3 minutes walk).   Located between Puerto del Carmen´s  Old and New Town, The Complex is surrounded by a gate and includes a swimming pool with a separate area for children.   It is distributed into two floors (50 Sq m. each of them).   The main entrance is through the top floor where you find the kitchen, the living room and one of the terraces. The kitchen is provide with everything you need for a pleasant stay, kitchenware, dishwaher, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator-freezer, kettle, juicer, toaster, coffee machine, cutlery, crockery as well as a dinning area. The Living room has a sofa, tables, chairs, basic satellite TV, DVD and router with Wifi connection. From the living room you access The terrace which has spectacular sea and mountain views, including the island of Fuerteventura. It is furnished with a table, chairs and an extendable awning.   On the ground floor there are, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace and a cleaning closet which includes, iron and ironing board . One of the bedrooms with double bed, two side tables, wardrobe and an armchair, the other one with two bunks, side table, chest of drawers, TV, and a large wardrobe with room for suitcases. Both bathrooms have a walk in shower, wc, sink and a mirror over it, washing machine. Hairdryer available. The terrace has sun beds for  exclusive use of this apartment and has direct Access to the communal swimming pool.   Linens and towels (bath and beach)  are provided without extra cost.   Unfortunately the Complex is not yet suitable for Wheelchair users.   The nearest beaches, “Playa Grande” and “Playa Chica” both awarded with blue flags, are within a 3 minutes walk.
