Under the new legislation all business owner and farmers has the responsibility to ensure that all persons who use or supervise those using ATV have received adequate and accredited training under the safety health and welfare act 2005 (HSA). Successfull candidates will be awarded 5 year certificate by a Lantra accredited trainer. 4 trainees per course All trainees must be over 16 years of age.
