Background: I have for sale this May 1981 Ferrari Mondial 8. The car was produced by Ferrari SpA, Maranello, Italy for the UK market and imported through Maranello Ltd. It was first registered “WEV 8W” in June 1981 by Lancaster Garages as a demonstration for the sum of £20.699. (Original sales invoice for the car present in its file). The car spent some years in the UK before being sold to a buyer in the Netherlands, where it remained for several years before arriving in Northern Ireland in February 2020. The car was then returned through the DVLA to its original registration numbers. The car has just over 37,000 miles on it from new! It also has an extensive history file detailing its maintenance and invoices for work completed on the car over the years. This is a fantastically original car that has been well maintained and preserved over the years. I recently purchased the vehicle from a private collection of cars where it has been in heated storage since its arrival in Northern Ireland. Note this car has been registered in Northern Ireland therefore registering in the ROI is less costly. Engine: The car is running fantastic, starts easily and drives well on the road. I have driven the car a few times since I purchased it and no issues. Recently has received a full service and some work on the brakes. Although this car is MOT exempt I see no issues with it passing a full MOT. Body: The paint is in very good condition, I recently polished it and comes up very nice indeed. The black bumpers have some flakes on the plastic but is very minor. The alloy wheels have been recently refurbished. Interior: The seats are in very goos condition, I recently fed the leather to soften it and prevent any cracking. The dash and door cars have no splits or cracks. The carpets are original and I have cleaned them but are not perfect. There is a new set of front mats in it now. The car comes with a custom made indoor dust cover. €50,000 ONO, may consider part exchange
