Reluctant sale due to expecting an addition to the family. 7 seater won't be enough anymore, and a vintage van is bought already, so I'm selling this to have the van fully restored. I've imported this car myself from the UK in 2020, where it had only 2 previous owners (first one for 29 years), and it has been a part of my car collection since. Used mostly for family holiday trips. Body is in great shape for its age. Couple blemishes around rear windows. No rust underneath (can be seen on lift). Jacking points and sills all good. The mileage is 208k, but the engine and suspension were completely overhauled couple years ago by well-known vintage Mercedes specialist Benjamin Lichtenberg (receipts and photos are there for all the work carried out). Only 10k miles done since. The interior is in excellent condition with minor wear to the driver's seat. I have a matching full grey leather interior to go with the car if the asking price is met. Tailored rubber mats (original ones are there as well). Tinted rear windows. The car is sitting on just fully refurbished 17" monoblocks with brand new tyres. Original 15" manhole alloys will come with the car, as well as the orange indicators and rear tail lights, if you want to bring it back to factory look (see pictures). All electric windows and tilt and slide sunroof operating well with no leaks. Original radio cassette player working fine. Cruise control. Mechanically the car is 100%. 180 hp inline six M103 engine pulls like a train and 4 speed auto transmission shifts smooth through the gears. Taxed and tested till 18/11/2024. An absolute pleasure to drive ultimate family car. True old school Mercedes quality, it will outlive any modern crap they produce nowadays and will only go up in value.
