Lifting keel sailboat

Reluctant sale of my 2004 Sportina 730 lifting keel sailboat, comes with excellent galvanised double axel braked trailer everything serviced and ready to go, has an 2019 electric start tohatsu 9.8 four stroke outboard with very low hours, new head sail and furling system,2023, new icom vhf radio 2023, new blue tooth radio, two burner gimbaled hob, separate heads with portapoty or if preferred can be fitted with jabsco marine toilet, sleeps 4 comfortably with lots of storage areas, lifting keel is easy to use and great for getting to those shallower areas, main sail is in good condition and has two reefing lines, comes with spinnaker and lots of spare headsails, can be viewed sitting on trailer at moment but I'll be putting her back in the water soon, antifouled and ready for new sailing season, any questions / information welcome.
