I purchased a 2009 Honda Insight from 2V Motors 5 months back. It was a pleasure to do business with Valerij. He was honest about the whole process and the history of the car. The car needed a new battery and he gave it a new battery for free. He also gave a fair price on the car. The car was looking new and in perfect condition on the delivery day. It was given a full clean up and a good wash. I have taken the car for more than 18000 kms and it is still running as new giving a decent economy. Also, he was prompt in completing all the paperwork on time and had patiently explained the whole process before the deal. He is a professional who knows the craft and he was confident in the car he sold, which helped me make the decision to buy the car.

I recently contacted 2V Motor Sales regarding a van I saw listed on Done Deal. I spoke with a member of their sales team, Valerij, and we agreed on a deal and terms for the vehicle. As I am not based locally, I arranged for my son and his father-in-law to visit the dealership and test drive the van on my behalf. I informed Valerij that, provided the vehicle drove well, I would proceed with the purchase.

However, less than an hour after finalizing our agreement and with my son en route to the dealership, he arrived only to witness the van being driven away by another party. Valerij then informed him that the vehicle had been sold.

I found this situation extremely unprofessional. It seems highly coincidental—and questionable—that the van was sold to someone else in such a short window of time, especially after we had already come to an agreement.

This experience was a complete waste of time for my son, who left work to attend, his father-in-law, and myself after extensive back-and-forth communication that ultimately led nowhere.

I would urge others to be cautious and ensure clarity and commitment when dealing with this company.
