Valerij was great to deal with — really patient, answered every email and question i sent, and never once pushed for a sale or a review. when me and my grandad came up, he and the two staff there were very friendly and easy to talk to.
the ad was clear and accurate, and the car itself was spotless. freshly serviced, nct until next year, came with mats, wheel covers, topped-up fuel, and even a brand new key since there was only one with it. i also got a 3-month engine and gearbox warranty (which is solid for a 10+ year old car) and a 12-month AA membership as it was AA approved.

overall just a really fair and trustworthy place to buy from. proper honest dealership with no pressure and great service. highly recommend.

I live in Kerry, 3–4 hours away, and once I paid a small deposit, I was fully reassured the car would not be sold to anyone else. That level of honesty really stood out.

When I went to collect the car, the description and presentation were exactly as advertised — in fact, it looked like it had just come off the production line. Every question I asked, every message I sent on WhatsApp, Muhammed answered promptly and honestly. The 3-month warranty on the engine and gearbox also gave extra peace of mind.

As for the price, I felt it was fair. The car was in such good condition for its year that I didn’t feel the need to haggle. I requested a reversing camera, and it was provided without issue.

I recently bought an Audi A3 saloon from these guys and John i can say was a pleasure to deal with and not over bearing like alot of sales reps can be. Bought a discovery from Enda and couldn’t have got a better service. Let me test drive the car for a few days to make sure I was fully happy before I purchased it and then collected it from Wexford and delivered the car to me. I wanted to share my experience when I found this A&J Motor Car Sales garage, after several months of searching for my dream car. Artur the person I met, provided me with very detailed information about the car I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I thought it was impossible that garages like this still existed. After several months of searching, I decided this was the place to buy a car. After a test drive, I was even more excited and interested in buying. When we closed the deal, Artur was very helpful in arranging all the paperwork, and two days later, I picked up the car with a full service and a six-month warranty. The garage also offers post-service repairs at a good price and quickly. In my opinion, the customer service is 10/10. I recommend this place and will continue to recommend it. I've been using the car for almost  year now and I'm very happy with it. The car in question is a seventh-generation VW Golf GTI.

Bought a car from here in January and included was a new timing chain & warranty through another company. Also have an invoice and dating when they done a new timing chain. 8 months later engine completely gone in the car and a mechanic has said the timing chain was never done especially not 8 months ago. I’m now left with the cost €8000 or more to get a new engine. When I rang John he couldn’t care less. The warranty is more than likely not going to cover the cost.
