Family tent

12 person tent in theory, 6 adults comfortably, US import, Camping Equipment Co. Brand, 5000l hydrostatic (most tents 2000-3000),integral bucket groundsheet, never erected directly on ground always on additional insulation layer, as such it is in immaculate condition. Can be erected by one person if required as long as it's not windy. Can be used as a summer sun shelter with integrated bug screens or with waterproof cover for full protection in up to extreme rain conditions. Tent has 3 separate rooms with separate entrances or can be opened up as you wish. All poles, pegs, guy ropes, etc included, nothing broken or missing. Only Selling as we no longer use it as our family has grown up and lost interest. If interested please make an offer, but nothing silly, this tent is in excellent condition
