Purchased my car on 9th Oct 23 from Fionn at Charton motors. I was surprised I actually found a car I wanted on my first day looking. Fionn was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, honest & approachable. Everything I asked for  before collection of the car was completed on time & Fionn kept in touch with me throughout the process by phone which put me at ease. He even answered a panicked voice message when I cudnt find how to open the petrol cap door after hours! Would highly recommend Charton Motors & wish Fionn all the best with the company.

Totally pleased with our experience with John, David, and Tony on our recent purchase of a 131 Citroen Grand Picasso. The car was spotless and in top condition. It was exactly as advertised. All three fellas were cordial, polite, professional and easy to deal with.  I hate buying cars but these guys made it painless.

Excellent service from Tony. I bought a ford focus from Charton Motors in 2021 and it was delight to drive. I went back and upgraded to a Toyota Rav 4 in June 2023. Recently I brought car from there, they have large number of good cars. But don't expect after sales warranty or services

I bought my car on 27/09/22 with 97,000 kilometers on it. Despite multiple trips to Charlton Motors for repairs and servicing, my trust in their assurances about the car's safety was shattered.

Now at 109,998 kilometers, I'm facing a costly issue with the brake pads and discs. It should have been fixed when I bought the car, but Charlton Motors only replaced the brake pads, leaving the brake discs in a worn state.

When I raised this with Fion at Charlton Motors, he denied responsibility, claiming it's solely my problem after a year of driving. This lack of accountability is unacceptable.

Buyers, beware of Charlton Motors. They failed to ensure the safety of the car they sold me. I now face a €400 expense to fix their mistake, and I warn others to be cautious when dealing with them.
