Was on the lookout for new wheel for a gravel bike. Saw a good price online which was a black Friday sale price. As I like and prefer to shop within ireland I rang around to various shops that stock these wheels. Spoke to a well known shop in Dublin which I have spent large sums of money in before to see if they would do me a deal. The owner was quite rude over the phone and so turned me off probably for life. Rang clarkes and spoke with Neil. He was a pleasure to deal with. And was more than willing to match the online price. This was incredibly good service as these wheels are 1200 euros normally. He even put my tyres on, changed over my gears and added sealant all for no extra charge. Absolutely fantastic service and overall customer experience. Will definitely be back and I would highly recommend clarkes of cavan for all your cycling needs. Thanks guys.
