Can be used for belt squats with either a dip belt with weight plates or barbell with landmine attachment, thus avoiding compromising the lower by loading weight that compresses the spine as with some exercises (like back squats etc.). Compatible as a platform for landmine rows. Can also be used to attach a resistance band to one of the cross bars to perform heavy band squats. Allows for a greater range of motion when training.
