35X12ft We did the following work before we moved in: Removed built in couch, gas fire and surrounding units. Replaced with L shape couch and fuel stove. New oven and hob, new kitchen counter, new pvc wall panels in kitchen. Fridge was only put in before we bought it. New hinges on all Windows to stop draughts. New herringbone affect flooring in living room, kitchen, hall and bathrooms. New carpets in 3 bedrooms. Shower room completely re done. New pvc wall panels, new shower, shower tray and shower door. New sink unit and mirror. New light fittings  throughout. Has just been freshly cleaned and painted. Carpets and couch cleaned also. 2 doors, double glazed windows, electric heaters in bedrooms but with the heat from the stove these were never used. Double room, twin room, 1 set of bunk beds. Gas hob and gas heats water. Gas boiler was serviced when we moved in 14 months ago. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms installed Buyer must arrange collection and removal at their own cost. We will have esb and water disconnected. Decking, surrounding timber & wooden steps included. All must go together.
