BMW R80 RT 1984

1984 BMW R80RT Bobber. Rare with the spoked wheels. Complete rebuild. Powder coated frame in satin black. Engine has a new top and bottom end with new pistons, rings, valves,springs, bearings seals and gaskets. Stainless pushrod tubes. The gearbox was reconditioned with gaskets and seals. New clutch. New swingarm bearings. New headstock bearings. Braced frame. The wheels have new bearings, stainless spokes, tubes and tyres and are powder coated. New rear shocks specific for the bobber . The front suspension was completely rebuilt with new internals, seals dropped by 50mm and has new progressive springs fitted. The brakes were also rebuilt with new seals, pots, pads, braded hoses, new radial master cylinder and stainless discs. New shoes in the rear. The final drive has new male and female splines , seals and bearings. The carbs were completely rebuilt. The electrics are running on a new modern regulator rectifier so the old diode board is removed. lithium ion battery and the famous M Unit Blue, so it has keyless go, alarm, GPS and Bluetooth (there's way too much to list here about the M Unit) It comes with a removable rack and side bags. I cant list all that's been done here. This is effectively a zero mileage bike again and needs to be run in and it sounds amazing! Drives beautifully.
