The house has been renovated to the highest standards while still maintaining the character of an Andalucian home. Comfortably sleeping up to 6 people, it consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ensuite master bedroom opens onto the pool, as does the ample living & dining room, which has a table for 8, and two double sofas. There are two further bedrooms, one double and one twin. There is also a family bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons and leads to a rear dining area. Just a stone’s throw from the promenade, you will find a range of bars and restaurants to suit your taste. Walk to lively Puerto Banus along the promenade and beach or up to the town of San Pedro, which boasts an international selection of pubs, tapas bars and restaurants, for formal, family and informal dining. Entering from the street, you pass through an Andalucian courtyard of flowers and trees, which also gives access to 4 independent apartments. Furthermore, there is an upstairs terrace for sun lounging, if you fancy a change from the pool. This is shared with the guests from the apartments. The house is available for rent from a mínimum of 4 days, depending on the time of year, up to a month, or longer in the off-season, starting at 252/night, up to 385/night in the peak season.
