Karl was an absolute gentleman to deal with. Very honest and upfront guy, forthcoming with sound advice and willing to go the extra mile to get us the best deal for trade in on our car. Our only disappointment was that we couldn’t buy from Karl in the end…purely because he didn’t have the model that we wanted (saloon vs estate). We would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to buy and we will ourselves be coming back to Karl in a year or two when we are ready to trade again. I came across Auto vision when my wife was searching for a hybrid car. Michael and Carl were nothing but professional from start to finish. I bought an 2016 Audi A1 from Karl in Autovision Motors in May of 2022.
This car has been nothing but trouble (needed a full engine rebuild, timing belt changed, burning oil) since the get go. With multiple visits up to Dublin ( I am from Cork) to try rectify the situation but to no avail. This car has cost me more in the long run than it would have if I bought a brand new car.
The customer service from Karl had been poor!  He does not care about you once he has your money.
I found it very difficult to maintain contact during times. I would not recommend Autovision motors as they do not stand over the purchases and try to pull a fast one on unexpecting customers. I am only a college student who wishes she never bought this car. They brought my car to Audi South Dublin and gave back my car with an exhaustive list of work that needed to be done but I had the vehicle for not a very long time so I couldn’t understand how it needed so much work done. Thankfully I’ve now gotten rid of the car as it was nothing but trouble for me from the beginning. Buy your car from a Main Dealer! You could get lucky and get a good car but if you get one that gives trouble you’ll have difficulty getting it fixed

Really regret buying an Audi from them in November 2022. Nothing but problems from day one. Sent it back in to get fixed as was under 3 month warranty. In total it was in with them 4 times for a combined duration of over two weeks - nightmare despite some of the time getting a replacement vehicle from them. Day one was a massive leak of adblue all over my drive. This was fixed. Then, multiple problems followed. Electronic stability error when starting the car, engine stop/start error, wheel bearings had to be replaced, parts incorrectly fitted, warning lights on dashboard, a constant rattle, and a high pitch annoying noise when accelerating that they claimed was the turbo. Their own garage not able to resolve problems, so it got sent to Audi specialist-same result. Now in March and this car is still a liability - I would encourage anyone thinking of buying here to look elsewhere. When you spend a significant amount of money on a car you have expectations, now every time I start the car I wonder what the next problem will be.
