Five stars for five star cars as this place only sells top notch vehicles. Unfortunately not quite in my bracket but I can admire from afar. From what I know they also have a great after sales service but can't verify that. If you want a classy car this should be your first port of call.

Recently bought a lovely 5 series BMW from these guys. Had the pleasure of dealing with both Andrew and Jason the whole time and Jason in particular made the whole process so easy and stress free. Nothing but high spec cars in their garage priced very reasonably considering the spec and also gave a very competitive and more than reasonable price for my trade in.
Without a doubt I will be buying from these guys in the future!

Absolutely poor garage I rang multiple times the sales man had no interest in talking to me I rang the other sales man same issue I got my partner to text and ring same thing cheeky and smart on the phone also only offering 3 months warranty with a car worth upto €45000 its rare 3 months most other garages give 12 months these ovbious don't have confidence in there motors if only giving 3 months warranty I would avoid!!!!!

Unfortunately I was not impressed with this garage. Having driven to view a car and making a verbal agreement on the phone, I was later contacted by whats app to say the 'sales manager' would not agree to the deal. (The extent of the deal was to include a spare wheel in exchange for the full asking price...). It was unclear whether this was due to cost or effort, so when I enquired why - I received no answer until late the following day, informing me the car was now sold.It seems the staff you deal with are not empowered to make decisions on their own. What a waste of time.

its not possible to respond to text below, but just to say... Its not unheard of that someone buying a car might seek a better deal - so I don't see a problem there? Secondly I agreed to purchase the car over the phone and asked if the space saver would be included...I was told I would get a call back in 30 minutes to arrange payment. Instead I got no call back, after a few hours I sent a message to see if everything was all right - only to get a text message saying you could not provide one. No reason or rationale provided - (I sent an example for illustrative purposes - as it was suggested you could not get a wheel for this car) and also I enquired whether it was a cost issue - no reply for 22 hours - when I was informed (by text) that the car was sold.

Worse experience ever. Luck of communication. Refused to take my deposit because my car loan wasn't done. We making a verbal agreement on the phone about final price of the car. Three days later after everything was approved and money come to my account they let me know that the car was sold two days ago. Good job. Wish you all the best.

We went all the way from Dublin to Galway as just from the first communication via DoneDeal, it was obvious that lads are driven not by the quantity of the cars they sell but by the quality. We even received a detailed video (not just a short walk-around one) before our departure.

Fergal is a true gentleman that you can rely on and made our new car purchase totally seamless (from details like taking our keys and parking our old car while we were checking a new one to giving us all the time we needed to explore our new car for as long as we needed). We didn't feel even a minute of pressure and had a very welcomed test-drive right away and  a deal arranged 30 minutes later.
