We specialise as lawn turf growers and supply new and used machinery for the golf, landscaping, racecourse industry. Fantastic after sales support from Clontrac.  Had an issue with a compact tractor bought 10 months ago and Clontrac was able to get out to us within a few days and repair it on site. Always a pleasure engaging with Thomas and Clontrac.

Tom is a man of his word. Bought a flail mower that was too big for my MF35. He took it back as promised if it turned out to overload the engine. He collected the oversize mower and delivered a smaller one.

You can see from the website the vast array of specialised equipment sold by Clontrac and the value they offer. What you cannot see is the service that Thomas and the team provides to its customers. They apply their wealth of experience to make sure you buy a product that is perfectly suited to the task and they offer a level of customer service that ensures I keep coming back. Good selection of garden machinery, but not the most helpful staff.

Very poor sales service over the phone. Called to enquire about a long grass mower which they advertise on their website. The guy said in a pretty rude way they can’t get their hand on anyone. Just when I tried to ask when they expect to get them in he simply hung up.
If he is annoyed people calling about an out of stock item he should simply update the website which is part of a sales job, too. I never bought anything there so far, now this will certainly not change in the future. What a way to conduct business!
