One of the best organisation I’ve transacted business with in Ireland, the staff are so lovely and friendly. They did a very good job and I’m so pleased with the android unit I got that I’m yet to get over it. The staff are the best and very welcoming, played music for us from the kind of android unit type they were fixing for me and I enjoyed the whole time I spent with them while waiting for my car to be fixed. They are also very time conscious and quick to deliver a perfect job with refreshments offered warmly

I can't give any less than 5 stars for these guys!! They are professional and knowledgeable and they provide a top class service and install. You can see my before and after photos. I'm very happy with the end result. I had an issue with the ash tray not being lined up after install and this was corrected fast and done well. The radio itself is high quality and responsive. The only issue I have now is that when driving especially during the day time on a sunny day I can't see the display due to the reflection and angle of the radio. Some sort of shade around the radio would be useful for those who's car is designed this way. I will probably buy some tint strip for the top of my windscreen to help block out the light. Sometimes the sun will shine directly on the screen and it is blinding.

Fitted a lovely stereo to my japan import golf. Very professional job and they connected up the existing reverse camera to it and set it all up. Very quick at their job. Very happy with the work!

Professional and good price service. I listened to the guys advice and got a great sound in my car and saved some cash. And I got a dash cam for free. Highly recommend. Thanks

Bought a lovely low mileage Auris off Kylemore this week and Lee O'Donnell couldn't have been more helpful. Test drove a few different models and he went out of his way to help us chose the right one for our needs. I had to take down my previous review as I had to get rid of the car Kylemore sold me for a massive loss , bought a BMW 1 series  from them 2 years ago , 6 months in to owning the car an oil low message popped up on the dashboard , I promptly topped up oil but the car will burn away the oil with in days of topping up , got it diagnosed with Joe Duffy BMW they said the car is faulty due to worn out piston rings and they recommended to rebuild the engine or get the engine replaced which was going to cost me a fortune  , This car was sold to me for 17000 euros with 58000 kms on the clock , cars with such low mileage should not have an engine issue . However , I ran in to one , I went back to Kylemore they said the car is out of their 3 month warranty and they won’t take any responsibility of fixing it and there after sales is just shocking , as they have zero customer oriented approach and zero etiquettes when dealing with customers , most of their staff are arrogant and rude the only thing they are worried about is making tik tok videos and Instagram reels . hence , I took this repair on myself and got the cars engine rebuilt which costed me 4000 euros . However, slowly I lost love towards the car and wanted to get rid of it , every garage that I tried to sell gave me half the price of what I paid for the car as Kylemore doesn’t have a big reputation amongst other dealers , anyway, I got rid of the car last but not least  I will never recommend this garage to anyone and I won’t touch this garage even with a barge pole ever again

Our visit to the dealership around 5:20 pm didn't go smoothly. When we asked for a test drive, the assistant, Eoin Smith, initially asked us to wait a few minutes, then claimed he was too busy and insisted we make an appointment. Despite our desire to book a car that day, he hesitated and eventually agreed only if we deposited the money on the same day after the test drive.

During the test drive, we discovered a screw in the right back wheel causing a puncture.  Eoin Smith was informed, and we expected it to be fixed.

The promised delivery date after three days couldn't be met due to paperwork issues, and when we finally received the car the following Friday, it had a punctured tire and a warning message displayed. Eoin Smith then mentioned that the car would be serviced on Monday which is not and got the service booked for coming Thursday. Hope to get the issue fixed.

Our experience with Kylemore and Eoin Smith was disappointing and left us feeling unsatisfied.
