Very professional. Very friendly. Called Saturday looking for tires to be supplied and fitted to my S1000R and they said tire sizes were not in stock but they’d check with their supplier and call me back. And they did call me back unlike a number of others.
Had the tires fitted today and had a coffee and a chat while I waited. Nice clean job, not a mark on the wheels.
I’ve never used Franklin motorcycles before but I will use them again in the future and would highly recommend them.

It's a paradise for motorcycle enthusiasts. Amazing people, they greet and treat you very nice, unlike the other shops in the city. They talk you through the checks they have done on the bike and provide a comprehensive health report of your bike. Definitely going back there for my bike service. Great collection of bike wear, new stocks expected end of this month. Definitely my next bike is Indian Scott bobber :). Thanks guys.

Top quality motorbike shop run by motorcycle lovers who are willing to be helpful. They are a main dealer for Indian Motorcycles as well as Zero and Herald Motorcycles. But they also sell parts (brake pads, engine oil, filters, etc.), service bikes and sell and fit tyres. Lovely shop inside! Well worth a visit, even just to browse. The premises is also very cool. They’re based in a building called The Engine Block, which also houses a classic car showroom and workshop among other automotive companies. On weekends the there is a nice cafe, so it’s a great meet up spot before, during or after a ride. I got a rear tyre off them - a Pirelli Supercorsa V3 SP 180/55/17. No marks on the rim. Balanced. Correctly located valve. Prices are main dealer-esque prices, but you’re getting top class service. They’re around since 2017, but Keith the owner is in the bike business for decades - previously on the parts distribution side. So he knows his stuff. Getting a 4.7 Google rating is notable for any business, so they clearly have many happy customers.

I bought a motorcycle from here in December 2022 and when I got home found there was a large hole in one of the mufflers.  Granted it was an old bike and overall it was in what I thought was impeccable condition and I paid at the higher end of the scale for it.  The owner denied the hole was there when it left the shop !  But still replaced the mufflers with noisy aftermarket replacements as a “good will gesture”.  The current shop mechanic admitted to me that the rusty hole wasn’t new which I have on camera. The mechanic who originally worked on the bike has since left.

To top it off the bike wasn’t serviced as I was told it was.  There was no coolant in the expansion tank,  likely because it also had two holes in it,  meaning there was no coolant being circulated for a liquid cooled bike !.  The oil was old and had to be changed as was the air filter. This cost me several hundred in consumables and parts just to get the bike road worthy.
