The updated Hippo ITX was surprisingly good and one of the longer hitting golf clubs on test. It features an unusual head design that uses carbon technology fused with a titanium face and sole to increase forgiveness and increase launch angle. Manufactured from 431 heat-treated stainless steel for superior feel and control. Incorporates a strategically positioned tungsten brass insert designed to move weight into the heel of the club, helping it to square at impact, resulting in longer, straighter shots. Bi-metal technology combines with a multi-layer cavity design to provide a low centre of gravity, helping to get the ball airborne easily and with greater accuracy. Dual control radial sole design reduces turf drag for cleaner struck shots. Progressive offset design makes long and medium irons remarkably easy to hit, whilst retaining feel and control characteristics in the short irons.
