1978 portable Toshiba colour television

Vintage, retro Toshiba colour television, model no. c-690b Super rare and collectable retro 1978 television TV. Power source 240v or 12 v/24 v. I have powered it up with mains and the screen is lit and there is white noise from the internal speaker. All buttons and dials work from what I can tell.
