Description
Very rare late 1920s “Sphinx” Automobile Fuse Display box.Came from W.M Cantys Garage Cork which was established in 1928.Would have stored Fuses on the counter.Embossed into the lid “Any Fuse for any car”.I have only seen one at auction 15 years ago in the Uk.I great condition for the age.Wax finished applied to preserve the woods.Interest to any early collectors of early pre war car advertising pieces.I can post for €17 registered post.Thanks
