Antique Bookcase

This bookcase dates from approx. late 19th century or early 2oth century. The wood is mahogany or oak – I’m not sure which. It features a stacking sectional design with sliding up-and-over glazed doors. The four sections can be separated and dismantled to allow for ease of transport. It is very easy to reassemble the unit. Overall Height: 168cm (5’6”) Overall Width: 82cm (2’10”) Depth (upper 3 sections): 31cm (1’) Depth (bottom section): 40cm (1’4”) Heights of sections:- Top Section: 28cm (11”) 2nd Section: 33cm (13”) 3rd Section: 39cm (15”) Bottom Section: 44cm (17”) There is normal wear consistent with the age of the unit. The glass is missing from two of the doors. This should be easy to remedy. The wood at the rear is probably simple plywood that slips into grooves. One section of this is missing.
