Antique Georgian Mahogany Chest of Drawers

This is a Georgian (1714.- 1830) mahogany chest of drawers that my grandmother owned. Possibly was in the family longer, but my mother can't remember. It's antique, not vintage. The brass is solid, so needs to be cleaned to keep it shiny, unlike modern / reproduction lacquered brass. The Georgian hallmarks are things like: * hand carved inlaid marquetry designs * ogee feet * solid brass swan neck handles * irregular hand-crafted dovetail joints * irregular bottom boards of the drawers * rough hand cut supports for the drawers * cock-beading at edges of drawers * irregular size of drawers - each one will only fit into its own specific space. It's very solid & handsome, and has always been in daily use. So, yes, there are signs of age & use, with surface scratching in places. This will be your own family's heirloom, but not a valuable investment piece. Specifically - there are a couple of small chunks of wood knocked off. And some strips of the cock-beading (extra thin strips of wood attached to edges of drawers) are missing. I've no idea how or when - was decades ago. One handle is broken off, but still there. None of these blemishes have ever prevented the chest from use. And are barely visible. It's entirely possible to disguise the chipped bare wood using a dab of mahogany wood stain.
