Antique mona lisa print

This is a very rare print 1893, there is one dated 1891 in the British museum, this is an original print, it is not a limited edition, it is an 'artist proof print ' there is 3 little marks/scuffs/tears on it, as can be seen from the photos. I was very lucky to find it in a house clearance establishment in a village in France. This is a rare item and a super investment. All questions absolutely welcome.
