Art lovers will be delighted by an exquisite array of artworks from highly regarded artists, including notable works by Charles Hodge Mackie (Scottish, 1862–1920), Norman Teeling (Irish, b. 1944), and a fine 19th-century oil on canvas painting after Alfred Schwartz (German, b. 1833). One of this auction’s true Super Star Lot is Lot 674: an incredible complete 24-piece (two-tier) sterling silver fish knife and fork flatware set, hallmarked and assayed in Sheffield in 1918, and crafted by the renowned Harrison Brothers & Howson (George Howson).
