Nice original brass dial longcase clock by william smith of Dublin.dating to around 1790. in very good original condition. Case has never been restored,even the backboard is original. Very nice flame mahogany case with the smallest of veneer loss to the top left hand corner of the trunk and small loss to trunk on the right hand bottom side.other than this it's a lovely old clock.8 day weight driven movement striking the hours on a bell.all.working perfectly and keeping good time.a very nice early Irish longcase clock for not a lot of money.
