Edwardian Rosewood Cylinder Bureau (c. 1900 - 1910)

A fine Edwardian cylinder-top bureau, crafted from richly grained rosewood and adorned with delicate marquetry of floral motifs and stringing lines. The roll-top opens to reveal a fitted interior with pigeonholes, drawers, and a pull-out writing surface with a green insert. The square tapering legs, embellished with marquetry panels, stand on original castors.
