Moulded D-shaped top on carved baluster reeded tapering legs, with porcelain castors. Telescopic extension with original winding handle and smooth mechanism. Three original leaves. approx 322cm long x 136cm wide x 73.5cm high when fully extended. Approx 156cm x 136cm without any leaves inserted. Leaves measure approx 53cm, 52cm, and 57.5cm. Comfortably seats 10. Bought at auction from Mullen's Laurel Park in December 1999 for Irish pounds 5,350 (original invoices available) and subsequently professionally French polished.
