French antique Louis XV king size/double bed

A bed in the style most recognizable in France. Louis XV. Because of its size, it can be used with a double or king size mattress. The double mattress will lie between the side slats and the king size on the slats. Please see the dimensions that are presented below. Beds that were created over 100 years ago were not standardized. People slept on straw or grass filled mattresses. A high and stiff mattress is not suitable for the bed, because the internal length is 196 cm and it may not fit because of this. The bed frame consists of a headboard, foot board and two side slats. On request, we can make a base for the mattress - cost 130 euros. Sorry it is not shown with the arrangement, but we do not have room for it in the store after the recent deliveries of goods.
