Period: c.1920–1940. Solid oak construction with a rich, warm patina. Beautifully hand carved foliate panels and decorative carved frieze. Spacious lift up blanket box with two pull out storage drawers below. Original brass escutcheon and drop handles. Raised on shaped bracket feet with panelled sides. Strong, heavy solid coffer. Excellent condition. Ideal as a blanket chest, hall coffer, window seat or statement storage piece. Dimensions: W: 131cm x H: 93cm x D: 55cm. Delivery can be arranged. 🚚
