Nathan Mid-Century Teak Extending Round Dining Table & Four Nesting Chairs | c.1960s Nationwide Delivery Service Available 🚚 A stunning and highly sought-after mid-century dining set by the celebrated Nathan Furniture, one of the most respected names in quality furniture making of the 1960s. This iconic round extending teak dining table with four beautifully crafted nesting chairs is a masterclass in Scandinavian-influenced design — elegant, clever, and utterly timeless. The genius of this set lies in its ingenious design. The four teak chairs tuck neatly and seamlessly beneath the table, their curved backs sitting flush against the table apron to create one beautifully compact, space-saving silhouette. When fully assembled around the table, the result is nothing short of spectacular. The butterfly extension leaf pulls out effortlessly, transforming the table from a round intimate dining setting into a generous oval that comfortably seats more guests — perfect for both everyday dining and entertaining. The table top showcases a breathtaking sweep of richly figured warm teak grain, displayed beautifully from above. The four nesting chairs feature elegantly sculpted teak frames with original black vinyl seat pads — a classic mid-century combination that remains as stylish today as it was six decades ago.
