Oriental Octagonal Platter H/Decorated 14” c.1928

Large Oriental Octagonal Charger Platter Hand Decorated 14” c.1928 A very beautiful Hand painted Chinese octagonal charger, depicting Japanese geisha's with umbrellas.The charger measures just over 14” (36cm) wide, is 10.5” (26.5cm) from top to bottom and just under 1.5” (3.5cm) high. In very good condition no damage save two scratches on the middle geisha in the group of three. (see Photos), not very noticable. Six character mark and signed by the artist. Mark is: Yang Cheng Wu Chen Nino Zhu- Canton Wu Chen Year. Matching Years for 'Wu Chen' are 1868 and 1928. The weight is 1.9 Kg. (K6)
