RED Bakelite Telephone 1950s FULLY WORKING P&T GPO

A very old vintage RED Bakelite Telephone dating from the 1950s in great working order, dialling out to make calls as long as your network supports the old pulse dialling telephones. Modern exchanges on tone dialling will not always allow you to dial out but everything else works as normal. Ringing with the nostalgic bring, bring sound. Comes with original plaited handset wire and a long red line cable, Just plug it in! The pull out tray functions for keeping ones important numbers. Lovely chrome dial with the old alpha numeric letters and numbers dial face. This red telephone is a collectors telephone a real gem in great as found working condition. Speaking and listening works fine, not like the modern digital phones of today but this is a great working telephone for everyday use, a real survivor from the 1950s working in my home today. I have left the telephone in as found condition so as not to detract from its originality. Sitting on four rubber feet so as not to spoil ones polished furniture. Bakelite is in very good condition a couple of dings and knocks over the passage of time, small chip on the mouth piece but nothing to detract from this hard to find red telephone. A wonderful Christmas gift. A great working talking piece in any room and a wonderful display item in the hard to find Dragon Red colour, just plug it in and away you go. Fully working 1950s telephone! Please study the photos to appreciate what a gem this is. Great original condition and Priced for an easy sale.
