The artwork is finely executed with excellent detail, delicate facial features and soft pastel colours, making it a striking decorative piece. This quality porcelain plaque dates from approximately 1890–1910 and was likely intended for mounting in a frame, cabinet or fine piece of furniture. The reverse is unmarked except for the impressed mould number 451. Dimensions: Height: 25 cm Width: 20 cm Condition: Very good antique condition with no obvious cracks or repairs. Light age-related wear to the reverse consistent with its age. Please see photos.
