19th century French shabby chic bed Louis XVI . The frame is painted with water-based off white paint . New upholstery . The frame has been painted many times over the 170 years. I did not sand the wood to the maximum - I only removed loose coatings and thanks to this you can see the age of the furniture and its true character. The frame structure is exceptionally thick and heavy - therefore very durable. It is made of oak or beech. It has carvings and form typical of the style. I think it will last another 170 years and will gain in value every year. It consists of four parts, but if possible we can make a mattress base for it. Cost 130 euros.
