Six solid teak patio chairs -please read ad

Set of six identical solid teak chairs. Three in perfect condition. Two need some very minor repairs to the seat squab, well within the range of an average DIY person. The sixth chair (shown individually in two photos) needs some slightly more complex repairs, which might (or might not) involve replacing the two small lower timber rails. These chairs cost over €1000 when we bought them. I had intended to repair these myself, but bought a replacement set as I know I won't get time.
