This Soviet multifunction device, manufactured by the Mayak brand in the USSR, combines three different measuring instruments in a single housing. Wall clock: The main dial with hands (hour and minute) and numerals from 1 to 12 measures the time. Barometer (arc scale): The upper arc at the bottom of the dial measures atmospheric pressure in millimeters of mercury (mmHg). Forecast inscriptions are visible. Thermometer (horizontal scale): The red hand on the lowest, straight scale indicates the ambient temperature in degrees Celsius (°C) – ranging from 0 to 40.
