Description
An excellent mid Victorian period burr walnut stretcher table. Very well made in solid walnut with attractive burr walnut veneers. The oval shaped top is fitted with burr walnut veneers, has a thumb nail molding to the edge and has a freeze underneath. The top is supported by turned legs in solid walnut , supported by an under-stretcher and decorated with carved detailing. The splayed legs terminate in their original brass and ceramic castors. Too is 125.5cm x 63cm. 69cm high.
