The fall-front opens to reveal a spacious writing surface, pigeonholes, small drawers, and a lockable central cupboard—ideal for use as a home office desk or as a statement piece in a living room or hallway. The bureau features attractive figured walnut grain, five spacious drawers with brass swan-neck handles, and stands on traditional bracket feet. It is in very good condition for its age, with a lovely rich patina and only minor signs of use consistent with antique furniture.
