I have the email confirmation from the letting agent that the lease can be taken over. My deposit for the place will remain with The Grange and the new tenant will basically buy me out of it once they go through the vetting process from The Grange. The rent is €2,307 with an underground parking spot for €75 per month. Rent can only be max 40% of total bring home for the household (The Grange rules, no exceptions).
