Bush Vintage Record Player SRP-51, Serviced

This Bush SRP51 vintage record player has a Garrard 3500 automatic turntable, and has been restored to work as makers intended. It will play all modern vinyl records (33 & 45) as well as the much older shellac 78 records. It has a good sized forward facing speaker, and as well as volume has bass and treble controls, giving good sound, and is fully transistor. The stylus (needle) are still easily available today. The cabinet is in reasonable condition for its age, with some minor marks as you would expect, however the sound is far better than some modern plastic offerings with tiny speakers. This model was the second transistorised player Bush made and in my opinion was the best using the Garrard deck with a lightweight pickup arm and the excellent Sonotone 9TA cartridge. Can be demonstrated/collected at Wellingtonbridge area, or I can ask friends who travel to Dublin fairly regularly to take it to Dub 12 for collection after payment by paypal.
