Dimensions in photos are from Pottery Barn website. Underneath area can be used as play area or for writing desk (as we have it now) or will fit a small double mattress for additional sleeping area. Includes mattress. Can be dissembled for pick up or if you want to see how to put together can help buyer to take apart when you arrive. We have digital instructions for assembly also.
