Droimeann Cattle Society beef launch

Dear Members The Droimeann Cattle Society is delighted to announce the *national launch of our Certified Droimeann Beef Scheme* in association with Skelly’s Bar and Restaurant on *Thursday 06th November 2025 at 7pm.* Address 12 main Street Ballymahon N39C8P8 https://skellys.ie/ Skelly's are our first restaurant to exclusively present Droimeann Beef on their menu. The meal will consist of the following Starter (Droimeann beef) Three choices of our beautiful beef for the main course. Dessert comprised of locally sourced natural ingredients. A wine chosen specifically for the meal and local brewery speciality beer will also be included with your ticket for the night. All ingredients are grown by Patrice in her organic gardens and sourced locally if she has not enough. Her local monthly market stalls will supply honey, cheeses etc as well. They will have a display of their products on the night for you to see as well. For the three courses and beverage of choice each individual *ticket costs €100*.
