Shorthorn Bull & Heifer Calves for Sale A strong batch of Shorthorn bull and heifer calves, aged 3–5 weeks, will be offered for sale in Cashel Cattle Mart on Saturday, 14th March at 10:00am. 8 bulls and 6 heifers. These calves are sired by the No.1 proven Shorthorn beef bull on ICBF and are out of traditional-type Shorthorn dams. No milking Shorthorn dams or sires (MS/MSX). No Holstein-Friesian on the farm. All calves are SH or SHX and are showing excellent strength and quality for their age. Heifers ranging 4–5 star for replacement. Calves are eating Calfage and are currently on 6 litres of whole milk per day. A genuine, well-reared group of calves will be presented for sale on the day.
