WINTER GRAZING REQUIRED

Winter grazing required in the Newry and mourne area Looking anything from 10 to 100 acres also interested in land someone wants lightly stocked and not ate bare this would be ideal so could handle more of it I’m looking something that I can get every year and build a relationship/bound with the farmer not just a one off graze , land must be boundary fenced for sheep, money can be paid up front and I can give a reference from previous winter grazing I had as they have sold the dairy herd and started sheep hence why I’m looking. Sheep will be well looked after and taking off at agreed time no messing about like other sheep men that give the rest of us a bad name and money will be paid in full. Willing to pay a bit extra if sheep can be checked during the week TIA
