Bicycle Fuji

I bought this bike a while back to be a doer-uper but I never actually got time round to doing it so I guess it's time to let it go. The brake cables need full replacing. It'd be nice to give it some upgrades. It does cycle (as in you pedal and it goes forward) but it does need a lot of care and attention. It's not in a position for you to buy it and start cycling it straight away. Disc brakes and obviously Fuji is a great brand so if somebody can bring it back to life, that would be a very good idea.
