Bike rack for Car

BTwin two bike rack, for mounting onto a tow hitch. Has number plate holder, all securing straps and can pivot forward to clear the boot even with bikes on. Free because: 1) One of the brake light bulbs requires changing so the back plate will need to be removed. 2) The retaining springs are lost from the hitch attachment (inside the silvery / nickel pads which fo around the tow ball), so whilst it CAN BE SECURELY connected it's a right pain to get on and off, it's better suited to a removable hitch where you can install it and leave it on the hitch.
