This is a sturdy, very well-made cycle, built to easily clock up big distances without big effort! It features a wonderful, incredibly low-maintenance Shimano Nexus internal gear hub and gear-shifting system - no more chain coming off the derailleur/sprocket, no greasy broken fingernails on your rides! For simplicity's sake, the bike has only three gears; all most rides and riders really need for ordinary day-to-day use. Caliper brakes are the traditional choice for a bike of this weight class. High quality stylish white Schwalbe tyres are extra wide for road grip and maneuverability, and I'm throwing in a brand new spare tyre as when one needed replacing, I bought two as the price was right! Youll get a spare brand-new inner tube to go with it as well! I'm also including a cycle computer with a large display format for ease of noting current speed in MPH or KPH, trip distaance covered, total lifetime distance (odometer), current time and multiple other functions accessible by searching the online PDF instruction manual. Also included are a battery powered tail light, handy front basket and a simple matching chain and lock. Health reasons mean I'm reluctantly selling this excellent bike; it has given me a huge amount of joy to ride along the greenways of Ireland - and I'm only giving it up as I've opted for an electrically assisted bike!
